Marlin A. (Marty) Miller, Jr. received his B.S. in Business Administration in 1992 from Mississippi College and J.D. Degree in 1998 from the University of Mississippi. He interned with the United States Attorney’s Office, Criminal Division, in Jackson, MS, and served as a Law Clerk (1998 – 2000) with the Late James E. Thomas, Judge Mississippi Court of Appeals and also as an Assistant District Attorney for the Seventh Judicial District. He has practiced in private practice with Miller Fulgham P.A., in Flowood and as an Adjunct Professor with the Mississippi College School of Law. He is a member of the Mississippi Bar, Rankin County Bar and the Kiwanis Club of Pearl where he is a Past President (2002 – 2003). Marty is a member at Eastside Baptist Church and resides in his home county of Rankin with his wife, Kim.
Also currently serving on the Board of Bar Commissioners representing the Twentieth Judicial District (Rankin and Madison Counties)
