Gregory V. Miles has been an assistant district attorney since 2001, having previously worked in the Hinds County District Attorney’s office. He is currently working for District Attorney Michael Guest in Madison County. Prior to becoming a prosecutor, he was a criminal defense attorney, working in private practice and for the Hinds County Office of the Public Defender. Miles is a graduate of Mississippi College (B.S.B.A., M.S. Communications) and Mississippi College School of Law (Juris Doctorate).
Prior to his law career, Miles worked in broadcasting as a sports anchor/reporter for WAPT-TV in Jackson, Mississippi and sports director/anchor for WCBI-TV in Columbus, Mississippi.
He also has been a communications specialist for Mississippi State Hospital and an adjunct faculty member of the Speech and Theater Department at Hinds Community College and an adjunct faculty member with the ASPIRE program at Belhaven College.
